OSUN State University notice on Christmas break

The last couple of months, in particular, with the COVID 19 Pandemic have been very trying, with all the trappings and temptations that could lead to misdemeanors, yet you resisted all to ensure that the University’s activities ran smoothly around our six campuses, we watched you with admiration as you trekked enduringly, to your classrooms, laboratories and examination halls, all to fulfill your desire for quality education and an assured future.

What’s more, you all cooperated to conduct peaceful and remarkable elections to elect the leadership of our Students’ Union for the first time in the history of our University. All these point to a great hope for a great future for you, individually and collectively, our University and our country. We are indeed proud of you all.

As we end this session and approach the Yuletide, I implore you to keep safe and well. Avoid anything that will predispose you to any risks.

I commit all of you into the Mighty Hands of God.

I look forward to receiving you all in the New Year for the commencement of the 2020/2021 academic session with renewed vigour and determination to make our University the most preferred one.

For those of you who have completed your programs, we pray for positive outcomes and fruitful lives ahead. God bless you all. With much love. Sincerely, Labode POPOOLA
